The Purepeche were the only indigenous people in the Americas to have entered the Bronze Age.

This is an excellent, very factual video produced in Mexico with English subtitles. There is nothing available in English. In fact, most North American anthropological texts barely mention the Purepeche, when, in fact, they were on the verge of crushing the Aztecs, when the Spanish arrived on the scene. There is no record of the Aztecs ever winning a battle against the Purepeche!
