In a broad swath from East Texas to the Virginia Tidewater . . . from Missouri to the Florida Everglades . . . there are millions of United States citizens, who think of themselves as being mixed-heritage mutts . . . descended from some combination of Indigenous Americans with Irish, Scottish, West African, French, Spanish or English immigrants, who arrived during the Colonial Period.
Then they get back their DNA test, which shows a significant level of Sami, Finnish, Basque, Sardinian or Galician DNA markers. What the heck? They know the names of their ancestors, who stepped off the boat at Jamestown, Boston, Norfolk, Baltimore, Charleston or Savannah. There was NOBODY from Finland, Scandinavia, the northwestern Iberian Peninsula or Sardinia. The DNA lab obviously made a mistake!

Archaeological Site 9WH1 ~ Robertstown, Georgia
After presenting a slide show on Chote, the City of Refuge . . . which lays under Helen, GA . . . we will begin a comprehensive look next week on the ancient petroglyphs, engravings of European Bronze Age sailing ships and ancient stone structures in the Georgia Gold Belt, which I have been studying over the past seven years. They are identical in every detail to their Bronze Age counterparts in southern Sweden, northeastern Scotland, southwestern Ireland or northwestern Iberia.
How could that be? Why are contemporary genetics labs only counting DNA from eastern Siberia as Indigenous American, but “tossing aside” Asiatic DNA markers that originated in western Siberia, Southeastern Asia or southern Ukraine?
One big advantage I have is that because my planned pedestrian village was adjacent to a major Neolithic-Bronze Age-Iron Age archaeological zone, the City of Landskrona required me to audit courses in Early Southern Swedish history at Lund University. You are going to find the discussion very, very intriguing, but also controversial.

Until next week . . .
Really looking forward to it!
