I apologize for the fuzzy photo. It was getting near sundown and I knew that they would not like me using a flash on my camera. Later a couple of youngsters around 10? years old joined in the fun. Impromptu street music and dancing is a norm in most Mexican towns. Sometimes, you will even see it in Mexico City and Guadalahara. I don’ t know that it is still the case, but about 25 years ago I also saw such informal celebration of traditional music in the Cajun towns of southern Louisiana.
