Why Georgia Creek Braves are not offended by the Atlanta Braves “Chop”

We taught the Atlanta fans how to do it properly!

Seriously . . . taking the honorary term “brave” as a team’s name is not an insult. HOWEVER, from the moment the Braves management put a cartoonish Mohawk Indian on their caps and also used it as a logo, the Southeastern Creeks were highly offended. In fact, the first activity of the People of One Fire in 2007, was starting a campaign to get rid of that horrific logo. A new management team came into the Braves organization in 2012 and eliminated the cartoon logo in 2013.

Congratulations to the Atlanta Braves on winning the World Series. Good things happen to good people!
