Ancient stone altar in a collapsed cave

This archaeological site is on Lynch Mountain, a collapsed caldera or else the location a lateral asteroid strike from the south. I have no clue who built this altar or when. The spring flows out of the crater in the mountain and into Sautee Creek. There are seven small stone rings (ceremonial sites) in the crater also.
